上海越剧院演出的《紅楼梦》,無論是剧本改編、演出、舞台設計与音乐效果,都达到了較高的水平。剧本旣忠实于曹雪芹的原著,又發揮了改編者的創造性,充分运用了戏剧表現手法,較正确而深刻地传达出了原著的精神面貌。从《黛玉进府》一直写到賈宝玉《哭灵、出走》,故事相当完整。全剧十二場好像多了些;但是由于改編者恰当地选取并巧妙地处理了小說的情节,所以差不多每一場都有精采之处。
The “Dream of Red Mansions” performed by the Yue Opera House in Shanghai has achieved a high level in terms of both screen adaptation, performance, stage design and musical effects.
