目的:作者通过三七种子后熟生理特性的研究,以了解种子内部的生理生化变化规律,为三七种子的种源保存和育种研究奠定基础。方法:利用常规的生理生化测定方法对三七种子后熟过程中的贮藏物质含量、呼吸速率、酶活性等进行动态测定。结果:层积过程中三七种子的呼吸速率呈持续上升趋势,淀粉、可溶性蛋白和粗脂肪含量随种胚的发育逐渐下降,可溶性糖含量则逐渐增加,CAT,POD,SOD的活性随MDA含量的升高而上升。结论:三七种子的生理生化变化过程与种胚的形态发育过程相互配合共同完成其后熟发育。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the physiological and biochemical changes of seeds in Panax notoginseng by studying the physiological characteristics of Panax notoginseng seeds, and to lay the foundation for the conservation and breeding of Panax notoginseng seeds. Methods: The physicochemical and biochemical methods were used to determine the content of storage material, respiration rate and enzyme activity in the process of ripening of Panax notoginseng seeds. Results: The respiration rate of Panax notoginseng seeds in the stratification process continued to increase. The content of starch, soluble protein and crude fat gradually decreased with the embryo development and the soluble sugar content increased gradually. The activities of CAT, POD and SOD increased with the MDA content Rise and rise. CONCLUSION: Physiological and biochemical changes of Panax notoginseng seeds and morphological development of embryos cooperate with each other to accomplish their mature development.
