文章以新疆石河子职业技术学院(以下简称“我院”)农业机械应用技术专业基于兵团集约化生产的两轮复合式工学结合人才培养模式为依据,结合教育部对高职教育最新要求和新疆高职教育及农机行业发展现状,对农机专业人才培养模式的运行机制做了探究,希望为职业院校专业人才培养质量的进一步提升起到促进作用。
Based on the two-round compounding model of engineering and technical personnel training based on the intensive production of Corps, the paper takes Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) as the basis and combines the latest requirements of the Ministry of Education Xinjiang higher vocational education and the development of agricultural machinery industry, the paper explores the operating mechanism of agricultural machinery training model, hoping to further promote the quality of professional training in vocational colleges.
