当前,社会矛盾比较突出,我市信访量居高不下,且由个访为主向集体访为主转化,由本级上访向越级上访转化,由农村问题为主向城市问题为主转化,由平和逐步转向经常发生异常现象。不但影响社会稳定,而且影响改革的发展。市委、市政府领导站在全局工作的高度,多次强调,只有畅通信访渠道,突出工作重点,才能快速掌握群众的意见,有效地解决群众的问题。我们信访办主要从以下两方面发挥作用。 At present, social contradictions are more prominent, and the amount of petitions in our city is still high.
