By analyzing the intentional damage to property crimes, this article analyzes the behavior of teachers in detail and confirms that the teacher made a serious violation of the relevant provisions of criminal law in this incident. The legal rights and interests of students put forward some relevant suggestions and reached the conclusion that with the continuous improvement of the national legal system and certain fair and unlawful acts, it will gradually decline with the rule of law in Chinese society.
