我国人均资源匮乏,而经济的快速发展,伴随着资源的大量消耗。全球范围内资源供求和价格的变化,为我国探索建立新型的资源战略体系提供了条件。本文首先回顾了世界格局变化中的资源供求和价格形势,其次分析了世界经济格局的调整前景及基于这一背景的资源供求和价格形势,最后探讨了我国经济发展和资源消耗问题,并提出抓住全球危机所引发的世界资源价格深幅调整这一机遇,加快制定长期内动态调整的资源战略。
The per capita resources in our country are scarce, and the rapid economic development is accompanied by the massive consumption of resources. The global supply and demand of resources and changes in prices have provided conditions for China to explore and establish a new type of strategic resource system. This paper first reviews the changes in the supply and demand of resources in the world pattern and the price situation. Secondly, it analyzes the adjustment prospect of the global economic pattern and the resource supply and demand and price situation based on this background. Finally, it discusses the problems of China’s economic development and resource consumption, In response to the opportunity of the world’s resource price adjustment triggered by the global crisis, we will speed up the formulation of a resource strategy that is dynamically adjusted in the long term.
