为研究种植牙周围组织的状况,取材于18例患者,其中种植牙折断6例,未折断12例。由于种植牙丧失功能而拔除,拔除时每例从种植牙周围取3～5小块组织,用10％中性福尔马林液固定,骨组织脱钙处理,石蜡包埋,制成厚6μm切片,苏木素伊红染色和银浸染色,光镜检查。 检查结果 ①种植牙折断的病例:周围组织无炎症反应或炎症反应轻微,大多数种植牙和骨组织直接紧密连接或其间只有薄的结缔组织间层;种植牙使用
In order to study the condition of dental implants, 18 patients were enrolled, including 6 implants and 12 implants.
