利用CO_2激光器在38CrMoAl钢表面熔覆含稀土CeO_2的Ni60A熔覆层,研究稀土含量对Ni60A熔覆层组织与性能的影响。结果表明:稀土CeO_2能够细化和净化Ni60A熔覆层组织,并促使短菱状碳化物M23C6(M=Fe,Ni,Cr)的生成;随着稀土CeO_2含量的增加,熔覆层的显微硬度、耐磨性能与耐蚀性能均呈先升后降的趋势;质量分数为1.0%时,显微硬度与耐磨性能达到最高值,硬度为731.87HV0.1,与未添加稀土熔覆层(557.2HV0.1)相比,提高了31.34%;磨损率为3.057×10~(-14)m~3/(N·m),是未添加稀土熔覆层磨损率(13.29×10~(-14)m~3/(N·m))的23%;质量分数为0.5%和1.0%时,具有最好的耐腐蚀性能,耐蚀性保护评级均为5。
The effect of rare earth content on the microstructure and properties of Ni60A cladding layer was studied by CO_2 laser cladding Ni60A cladding layer containing rare earth CeO_2 on the surface of 38CrMoAl steel. The results show that rare earth CeO 2 can refine and purify the Ni60A cladding layer and promote the formation of short diamond-like carbides M23C6 (M = Fe, Ni and Cr). With the increase of CeO_2 content, Hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance all showed a trend of first rising and then decreasing.
