经济管理效能是企业围绕切实可行、具有长远规划的战略目标,通过不断地进行技术创新和企业再造,提高企业的核心能力,确保企业在一个较长的时期内。维持较快速度和较好效益并能持续发展所采取的一种经济管理模式。质量是企业的生命,是现代企业竞争力中最根本的要素。只有建立一套完善的质量管理体系,才能够形成真正的核心竞争优势,在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文借助经济管理效能论并结合经济管理的效益如何提高企业竞争力进行论述。
Economic management efficiency is the strategic objective of the enterprise around practical and long-term planning. Through continuous technological innovation and enterprise reengineering, the core competence of the enterprise is enhanced to ensure that the enterprise is in a long period of time. Maintain a faster speed and better efficiency and sustainable development adopted by an economic management model.
