菠杂10号是北京市农林科学院菠菜研究中心选育的早熟、抗病毒病菠菜一代杂交种,1992年通过北京市作物品种审定委员会审定。 一、特征特性:该品种生长整齐,株高32～41厘米、叶片箭头形,先端钝尖,叶面平展,正面浓绿色,背面灰绿色,有一对或两对浅叶裂,叶柄绿色,断面为半圆形。茎圆形,绿色,根颈部为粉红色。主根肉质、粉红色,须根发达、平均单株重36.8克。种子为三角形,有刺,淡黄色,千粒重8～9.5克,抗病性较强,优于唐山尖叶、胶县尖叶和昌黾尖叶。抗寒性强,无冻伤叶片或死苗。亩产2500～4000公斤,比其它品种亩增产35％以上。菠杂10号为早熟品种,对长日照比较敏感,不宜作春播和伏栽,适于越冬露地根茬栽培和塑料大棚栽培。
