本文主要研究在液压伺服系统微机自适应控制中,液压装置非线性饱和对自适应系统的影响,以及采取的两种解决方法:①非线性模型法,即在参考模型中引入限幅环节的方法;②冻结法,即在液压装置饱和时冻结自适应控制器参数的方法。实验表明,这两种方法都消除了系统饱和时所出现的非线性振荡,使自适应系统在饱和状态下也能良好地工作。为了适应输入信号大范围变化,在自适应算法中引入了加权因子,使系统性能可在更广泛的变化范围内得到改善。实践说明这些方法可推广到类似的控制系统中去。
In this paper, the main research in the hydraulic servo system microcomputer adaptive control, hydraulic nonlinear saturation device on the adaptive system, and take two solutions: ① nonlinear model method, that is, the introduction of the reference model limit the link method ; ② freezing method, that is, the method of freezing the adaptive controller parameters when the hydraulic device is saturated. Experiments show that both of these methods eliminate the nonlinear oscillation that occurs when the system is saturated, so that the adaptive system can work well under saturation. In order to adapt to a wide range of input signal changes, a weighting factor is introduced into the adaptive algorithm to improve system performance over a wider range of variations. Practice shows that these methods can be extended to similar control systems.
