将改性的多壁羟基碳纳米管分散在熔融的己内酰胺中,一步原位聚合制备MC(单体浇铸)尼龙6/碳纳米管复合材料;采用非等温反应动力学分析方法对尼龙6/多壁碳纳米管浇铸成型的反应过程进行研究。结果表明:随着改性碳纳米管含量的增加,反应活化能及指前因子增加;MC尼龙6及其碳纳米管复合材料成型过程的反应级数都在0.9~1之间,可以认为是准一级反应。
The modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes were dispersed in melted caprolactam and polymerized in situ to prepare MC (monolithic cast) nylon 6 / carbon nanotube composites. The non-isothermal reaction kinetics was used to evaluate the mechanical properties of nylon 6 / Wall carbon nanotubes casting molding reaction process. The results show that the reaction activation energy and the pre-exponential factor increase with the increase of the content of modified carbon nanotubes. The reaction order of MC nylon 6 and its carbon nanotube composite is between 0.9 and 1, which can be considered as Quasi-level reaction.
