我的同事给我讲她在 IBM 的见闻,我一下子就被吸引了。她告诉我典型的IBM 生活——一份薪水,三份工作,五个老板(有来自地区、国家、亚太和总部等不同层级的老板),工作到晚七点,每天九个会。她兴致勃勃地对我说:“真的是每天九个会呀。我看到他们的一个 Mailcast,上来就说,‘我已经开了两个会,后面还有七个呢!’”Mailcast 是 IBM 设计的一种邮件学习的方式。因为经理们很忙,为了保证学习的有效性,IBM 在组织学习上颇多创新。看看 IBM 的学习方式,就不能不感慨创新公司之为创新公司了。
My colleague told me about her knowledge of IBM and I was suddenly attracted. She told me about a typical IBM life - a salary, three jobs, five bosses (owners of different levels from regions, countries, Asia Pacific, and headquarter) working seven nights and nine sessions a day. She said in good spirits to me: "Really nine times a day ah .. I saw one of their Mailcast, came up and said, ’I have already opened two will be followed by seven more!’ Mailcast is a mail-learning approach designed by IBM. Because managers are busy, in order to ensure the effectiveness of learning, IBM a lot of innovation in organizational learning. Take a look at IBM’s way of learning, we can not help feeling the innovative company as an innovative company.
