目的通过对特殊环境工作人员的辐射部分敏感指标的检测研究,间接了解辐射对特殊环境工作人员的健康影响。方法通过对186例特殊环境工作人员辐射的部分敏感指标进行病例对照分析的方法观察。结果随放射接触年限的增加,血液淋巴细胞微核率和染色体畸变率均逐渐增加,但它们总的均值在正常范围,放射年限大于10a时血液淋巴细胞的微核率与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义;尿铀和尿钚改变无规律,其平均值与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义;眼晶状体浑浊率逐渐增加,其眼晶状体浑浊率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论辐射对特殊环境工作人员有一定的健康影响,但其影响在可以接受的水平。
Objective To understand the health effects of radiation on special environmental workers through the detection and research of sensitive parts of the radiation of special environmental workers. Methods A case-control analysis of 186 sensitive cases of special environmental workers was conducted. Results The frequency of lymphocyte micronucleus and chromosome aberration increased gradually with the increase of radiation exposure time. However, their total mean value was in the normal range. The difference of micronucleus rate of blood lymphocytes when compared with that of radiotherapy Statistical significance; Urinary uranium and urinary plutonium changes irregularly, the average value of the negative control group was no significant difference; turbidity of the ocular lens increased gradually, the ocular lens turbidity rate compared with the control group was statistically significant. Conclusion Radiation has a certain health impact on special environmental workers, but its impact is at an acceptable level.
