In order to cherish Comrade Xiaoping's great achievements in science and technology development and his cordial care for scientists and technicians, reviewing the important idea that science and technology are the primary productive forces, we now compile some of Comrade Xiaoping's expositions on the development of science and technology for everyone to study.
