本文对20例格林-巴利综合征(GBS)病人进行了肌电图(EMG)、运动、感觉传导速度(MCV、SCV)及F潜伏期的测定。测了70块肌肉的EMG,发现EMG能诊断神经源性损害者占90%;测了125条MGV及58条SCV,MCV减慢占66.4%,其均值比正常人下降24.3~37.8%,SCV减慢占51.7%,其均值比正常人下降13.4~22.2%,这反映了GBS病人的周围神经脱髓鞘特点,运动神经的末梢潜伏期减慢占48.5%,感觉神经的未梢潜伏期减慢占83.3%。其次,测MCV时的诱发电位波幅高下降占88.9%,这项指标变化明
In this study, electromyography (EMG), motor, sensory conduction velocity (MCV, SCV) and F latency were measured in 20 patients with GBS.
