1991年3月至10月,作者应用中科院长春光机所光谱技术公司研制的YLK型齿科脱敏仪进行了电凝法脱敏和氟化钠脱敏的临床疗效对比观察,前者取得了比较满意的效果。 1 材料和方法 1.1 YLK型齿科电凝脱敏仪 该仪器采用集成电路控制电凝条件。工作端输出电压11～177V,强度调节为0～6级。 1.2 患牙的选择与分组 牙本质过敏症患者40名,男24例,女16例,年龄26～67岁,平均50.9岁。患牙无龋或合面磨损,但有酸痛等过敏症状。患牙共172个,分治疗组104个,对照组68个。磨牙146个,双尖牙12个,前牙14个。Ⅰ度磨损18个,
