食用菌不能进行光合作用,而是依靠从其生长的基物中吸取现成的营养物质,转化后构成自身的组成成份和生长繁殖过程所需要的能量。大家都知道,平菇生育期短,收获次数多,产量高,特别在它出菇旺盛期间需肥量大,此时如供肥不足,容易出现柄长而细的薄皮裂盖菇,严重地影响其产量和质量。为探讨平菇追肥的增产作用,我们于1988年11月至1989年5月进行了追肥试验,现将结果简报如下。
