通过文献研究、调查访问和历史总结的方法进行研究，试图对明星队员的内涵、价值形成、培养途径、影响因素的综合分析，揭示明星队员的成长过程和一般规律。
Through literature research, investigation and interview and historical summarization methods, this paper attempts to make a comprehensive analysis of the content, value formation, training methods and influential factors of star players and reveal the growth process and general rules of star players.
