右室射血分数与右室前后负荷的关系在风心病,慢性阻塞性肺疾患中已有报告,但对先心病研究尚少。本文对右室射血分数与右室前后负荷的关系及能否用于估测肺动脉压进行观察。
Right ventricular ejection fraction and right ventricular anterior and posterior load relationship in rheumatic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have been reported, but little research on congenital heart disease. In this paper, right ventricular ejection fraction and right ventricular anterior and posterior load and the relationship between whether and for the assessment of pulmonary arterial pressure were observed.
