航天部一院一○二所研制的 HCM—1型大电容校验仪于1986年8月16日通过部级技术鉴定。参加会议的有来自全国高等院校、科研部门和工厂的26个单位34位代表,其中有教授、付教授、研究员、高级工程师等10位。中国仪器仪表学会付理事长、中国计量测试学会常务理事、清华大学教授唐统一同志任鉴定委员会主任委员,中国计量测试学会付理事长、中国宇航学会理事、航天部研究员乔石琼同志及华北电力试验研究所总工程师彭时雄同志等八位同行专家、教授任鉴定委员会付主任委员。
Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics developed a HCM-1 large capacitance calibrator on January 16, 1986 through ministerial level technical appraisal.
