目的探讨南昌市人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者(HIV/AIDS)病毒载量(VL)和外周血CD_4~+T细胞计数(CD_4细胞)相关性。方法采用BD流式细胞仪和罗氏全自动核酸检测系统检测135例HIV/AIDS患者同期外周血CD_4细胞及VL,分析其相关性。结果 135例定量检测样品,其中4例高于VL试剂盒检测上限,1例低于VL试剂盒检测下限,130例能被定量检测,结果在2.92×102~3.45×106拷贝/ml范围。CD_4细胞与VL总体呈显著负相关(r=-0.362,P<0.01),不同CD_4细胞区间VL值差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.672,P<0.01),在CD_4细胞≤200个/μl区间VL与CD_4细胞呈显著负相关(r=-0.314,P=0.028),在CD_4细胞200~400个/μl区间和>400个/μl区间两者无关(r=-0.217,P=0.108;r=-0.047,P=0.820),但是在CD_4细胞>200个/μl区间两者呈显著负相关(r=-0.234,P=0.036)。结论 HIV/AIDS患者CD_4细胞与VL在CD_4细胞不同区间相关性表现各异,同时检测CD_4细胞有助于掌握患者病情变化和调整救治措施。
Objective To investigate the relationship between viral load (HIV) and CD 4 + T cell count (CD 4) in HIV / AIDS patients in Nanchang. Methods Peripheral blood CD_4 cells and VL of 135 HIV / AIDS patients were detected by BD flow cytometry and Roche automatic nucleic acid detection system. Results A total of 135 samples were detected quantitatively, of which 4 cases were higher than the upper limit of detection of VL kit, 1 case was lower than the lower limit of detection of VL kit and 130 cases could be quantitatively detected. The results ranged from 2.92 × 102 to 3.45 × 106 copies / ml. There was a significant negative correlation between CD_4 and VL (r = -0.362, P <0.01). There was significant difference in VL between different CD_4 cells (χ ~ 2 = 11.672, P <0.01) (r = -0.314, P = 0.028). There was no correlation between VL and CD_4 cells in the range of 200-400 cells / μl and> 400 cells / μl in CD 4 cells (r = -0.217, ; r = -0.047, P = 0.820), but there was a significant negative correlation between CD_4 cells> 200 cells / μl (r = -0.234, P = 0.036). Conclusion The correlation between CD_4 cells and VL in different sections of CD_4 cells is different in HIV / AIDS patients. Detecting CD_4 cells at the same time can help to grasp the changes of patients’ condition and adjust the treatment measures.
