社区教育是建设学习型社会、完善终身教育体系的重要举措,开展社区教育,必须要把学习引入社区,引入到市民身边,在这个过程中,社区教育专职教师发挥了不可估量的作用。他们调动社区居民参与社区教育活动和学习型城区建设的主动性,不断提升社区成员素养,在市民终身教育和推动学习型城区建设等方面起到了积极有效的作用。本文以石景山区社区专职教师制度为切入点,对制度的背景、内容、实施等问题进行深入调研、分析,旨在促进制度的实施,促使教师能够在社区教育发展和学习型城区建设中最大限度地发挥作用。
