目的:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定人工沉香中9种矿物元素的方法,探讨不同结香时间人工沉香中矿物元素的含量特征和变化趋势。方法:收集4批不同结香时间的人工沉香样品,采用微波消解系统对样品进行消解,消解液用ICP-OES进行检测。结果:所测元素的线性相关系数在0.9984-0.9999,方法检出限在0.5-14.0mg/kg,加标回收率在81.6%-108.0%之间。人工沉香中矿物元素的含量基本符合:钙>钾>镁>锰>钠>铝>铁>锌>钡,并随着结香时间的延长其含量呈逐步增加的趋势。结论:本实验方法操作简单,实验快速,结果准确,可为人工沉香的质量控制及评价提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish an ICP-OES method for the determination of nine mineral elements in artificial agarwood, and discuss the content characteristics and trend of mineral elements in artificial agarwood with different ages. Methods: Four batches of artificial incense samples collected from different periods of incense were collected. The samples were digested with microwave digestion system. The digestion solution was detected by ICP-OES. Results: The linear correlation coefficient of the measured elements ranged from 0.9984 to 0.99999. The detection limit was 0.5-14.0 mg / kg. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 81.6% to 108.0%. The content of mineral elements in Artificial Fragrant incense basically accorded with the content of calcium> potassium> magnesium> manganese> sodium> aluminum> iron> zinc> barium. Conclusion: The experimental method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can provide a scientific basis for the quality control and evaluation of artificial incense sticks.
