目的探讨新辅助化疗对乳腺癌瘤体组织CerbB-2、P53、Ki67和Ca15-3表达的影响。方法检测62例乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前后瘤体组织CerbB-2、P53、Ki67和Ca15-3的表达水平,比较化疗前后其表达水平的变化,并设手术治疗组为对照组。结果乳腺癌新辅助化疗后Ki67和Ca15-3的表达水平较化疗前显著减低(P<0.05),而CerbB-2和P53的表达水平于化疗前后无显著变化。结论新辅助化疗下调乳腺癌患者瘤体组织Ki67和Ca15-3的表达,但对CerbB-2和P53的表达无影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expression of CerbB-2, P53, Ki67 and Ca15-3 in breast cancer tissues. Methods The expression of CerbB-2, P53, Ki67 and Ca15-3 in 62 cases of breast cancer patients before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were detected. The expression levels of CerbB-2, P53, Ki67 and Ca15-3 were compared before and after chemotherapy. Results The expression of Ki67 and Ca15-3 in breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy (P <0.05), while the expression levels of CerbB-2 and P53 had no significant changes before and after chemotherapy. Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy reduces the expression of Ki67 and Ca15-3 in breast cancer tissues, but has no effect on the expression of CerbB-2 and P53.
