患者男性,32岁。固心悸、胸闷、头昏2天,抽搐1次,于1988年7月5日急诊入院。体验:体温36℃,脉搏88次/分,血压8/?kPa。面色苍白,神志模糊,颈静脉怒张。心浊音界稍大,心尖区闻及Ⅱ级收缩期吹风性杂音。肺底可闻及湿罗音。肝肋下触及3cm,脾未触及,下肢无浮肿。血钾4.2 mmol/L,钠141mmol/L,钙2.3 mmol/L,镁1.1mmol/L。血清酶正常。经静脉注射毒毛旋花素K,静脉滴注多巴胺,吸氧及支持治疗,病情缓慢改善,10天后可下床走动。
Male patient, 32 years old. Solid palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness 2 days, convulsions 1, on July 5, 1988 emergency admission. Experience: body temperature 36 ℃, pulse 88 beats / min, blood pressure 8 /? KPa. Pale, vague, jugular vein engorgement. Heart dull voice sector slightly larger, apical area smell and Ⅱ grade systolic hair blowing noise. Lungs can be heard and wet rales. Liver ribs touch 3cm, spleen not touched, lower extremity no edema. Potassium 4.2 mmol / L, sodium 141 mmol / L, calcium 2.3 mmol / L, magnesium 1.1 mmol / L. Serum enzyme normal. After intravenous injection of poisonous curcumin K, intravenous drip dopamine, oxygen and supportive treatment, the condition slowly improved after 10 days can get out of bed and walk.
