上皮植入前房形成囊肿可引起青光眼和眼内炎,最终导致眼组织严重损害。作者报告5例前房植入性囊肿病例,应用氩激光进行治疗。最初仅对囊肿边缘正常组织光凝,组织收缩逐渐引起囊肿皱缩。其后直接光凝囊肿前后壁色素部分。当囊肿干涸成实性外观,则增加激光输出能量。大多数情况下,需多次治疗方能使囊肿完全萎陷和破坏。间隔一周复诊并决定是否重复治疗。病例综合报道如下:男性3例,女性2例,最大70岁,最小14岁。继发于白内障囊内摘出术
Epithelial implantation of anterior chamber cyst formation can cause glaucoma and endophthalmitis, eventually leading to serious damage to ocular tissue. The authors report 5 cases of anterior chamber implant cysts, the application of argon laser treatment. Initially only normal tissue photocoagulation of the edge of the cyst, tissue shrinkage gradually led to cystic shrinkage. Subsequent direct photocoagulation cyst pigment part of the anterior and posterior wall. When the cyst dry up into a solid appearance, increase the laser output energy. In most cases, multiple treatments are required to completely collapse and destroy the cyst. Follow up one week later and decide whether to repeat the treatment.
