以加替沙星为模板分子,采用沉淀聚合的方法制备了分子印迹聚合物(MIPs),对制备条件进行选择,利用静态吸附实验研究了聚合物对目标分子及其结构类似物的识别特性。聚合物对加替沙星的最大吸附量为28.87 mg/g,对加替沙星具有良好的吸附性能。以该印迹聚合物微球为固相萃取材料填充固相萃取柱,结合高效液相色谱法测定加替沙星回收率达到92%~99%,富集倍数为213。与C18柱相比,制备的聚合物具有更好的选择性与富集倍数,可用于环境中加替沙星的富集与分离。
Using Gatifloxacin as a template, MIPs were prepared by precipitation polymerization. The preparation conditions were selected. The adsorption properties of the target molecules and their structural analogues were studied by static adsorption experiments. The maximum adsorption amount of gatifloxacin for the polymer was 28.87 mg / g, which showed good adsorption capacity for gatifloxacin. The imprinted polymer microspheres packed solid phase extraction column packed solid phase extraction column, combined with high performance liquid chromatography determination of gatifloxacin recovery of 92% to 99% enrichment factor of 213. Compared with C18 column, the prepared polymer has better selectivity and enrichment, which can be used for the enrichment and separation of Gatifloxacin in the environment.
