温室气体的研究,是全球变化研究计划的主要内容之一.目前人们对土壤温室气体排放的监测积累了一些资料,但对土壤内部,尤其是土壤深部温室气体的了解还很少.我国西北地区广泛分布有巨厚的黄土沉积物,这些沉积物实际上是干旱半干旱气候条件下,一种成土作用较弱的古土壤.研究黄土沉积物深部气体组分的含量与分布,有助于全面了解土壤温室气体的排放机理.本文就此问题作初步探讨.1 采样与实验方法样品的采集借助于胜利石油管理局麻花钻机进行.该钻机的主要特点是使钻头前部与钻孔隔离,以使被收集的气体不与大气混合,钻入的最大深度为2.7m,它利用钻杆中间的毛细管(下部通过钻头附近的毛细孔与土壤相通,上部出口用特制橡皮密封)负压原理,用注射器直接收集土壤气体.盛装土壤气体的气样瓶是标准的密封铝合金瓶,采样前已将气样瓶抽真空至2×1.33 322Pa.土样的采集是借助钻杆螺旋形状,将某一深度上的土样返至地表获得.我们对陕西渭南黄土地层L2~SO中的气体及土样进行了采集.采样时间为1995年2月21日~22日.3个采样地点位于桥头镇附近彼此相距10~20km的3块麦田旁.在每一个采样地点,布置4~10个钻孔(钻孔之间的距离最大不超过70m,最小为0.5m).每一钻孔中,按不同深度取1~3个土壤气体及同一深度上的土样,一般是?
