郭连成,1953年生,东北财经大学国际经济贸易学院国际贸易学博士点学科带头人。俄罗斯经济问题著名中青年专家。现任东北财经大学科研处处长、东北财经大学学术委员会副秘书长、经济学博士、研究员、博士生导师、中国世界经济学会常务理事、中国东欧中亚学会常务理事、中国东欧中亚经济研究会常务理事、中共大连市委、大连市人民政府咨询委员会委员、满洲里市人民政府经济社会发展咨询顾问。1982年硕士研究生毕业于吉林大学,获硕士学位。1990年博士研究生毕业于苏联莫斯科财政学院,获经济学博士学位,是苏联解体前我国获苏联经济学博士学位的为数不多的人之一。
Guo Liancheng, born in 1953, a professor of international trade at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics Department of International Trade Ph.D. academic leaders. Famous young and middle-aged expert on Russian economic issues. He is currently Director of Scientific Research Department of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Deputy Secretary General of Academic Committee of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Doctor of Economics, Fellow of Doctorial Doctoral Program, Executive Director of China World Economy Association, Executive Director of China Eastern Europe Central Asia Society, Executive director of the CPC Dalian Municipal Committee, Dalian Municipal People’s Government Advisory Committee, Manzhouli City People’s Government economic and social development consultant. Master’s degree in 1982 graduated from Jilin University, a master’s degree. He graduated from the Moscow School of Finance in the Soviet Union in 1990 with a doctoral degree in economics and was one of the few people in our country who received a doctorate in economics from the Soviet Union before the Soviet Union was dissolved.
