目的对尖叶假龙胆全草中环烯醚萜苷类化学成分进行分离与鉴定,为开发利用该植物资源提供理论依据。方法应用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱法对尖叶假龙胆全草中环烯醚萜苷类成分进行分离,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据对分离出的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从尖叶假龙胆体积分数70%乙醇溶液提取物中分离并鉴定了6个单体成分,分别为马钱子酸(loganic acid,1)、7-ketologanin(2)、裂环马钱素(secologanin,3)、獐牙菜苷(sweroside,4)、2’-间羟基苯甲酰獐牙菜苷(deacetylcentapicrin,5)和decentapicrin A(6)。结论在对尖叶假龙胆化学成分进行研究的过程中,分离鉴定了6个环烯醚萜苷类化合物。其中,化合物2、3、5为首次从假龙胆属中分离得到,化合物1、4、6为首次从尖叶假龙胆植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the iridoid glycosides from the whole plant of Apocynum venetum and provide a theoretical basis for developing and utilizing this plant resource. Methods Macroscopic absorption resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography were used to separate the iridoid glycosides from the whole plant of Physalis alkekengi. The physico-chemical properties and NMR Resonance spectroscopy data of the isolated compounds for structural identification. Results Six monomer components were isolated and identified from the extract of 70% ethanol extract of Apocynum venetum, which were loganic acid (1), 7-ketologanin (2), Siniperca chuatsi Secologanin (3), sweroside (4), deacetylcentapicrin (5) and decentapicrin A (6). Conclusion Six chemical constituents of iridoid glycosides were isolated and identified during the study of the chemical constituents of C. pseudoacacia. Among them, compounds 2, 3 and 5 were isolated from Pycnidium for the first time, and compounds 1, 4 and 6 were isolated from Apocynum longus for the first time.
