用细胞融合方法获得了6株分泌日本乙型脑炎病毒单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞系,经与4种黄病毒作交叉免疫荧光反应,可以将它们分为三组:日本乙型脑炎病毒种特异性,亚组特异性及黄病毒属特异性。通过功能性抗病毒分析(血凝抑制、中和及小鼠被动保护),提出该病毒表面(囊膜糖蛋白)至少存在6种抗原决定簇。经交叉血凝抑制反应,发现国内分离的日本乙型脑炎病毒毒株间在血凝素抗原性上存在明显差异。
Six hybridoma cell lines secreting Japanese encephalitis B virus monoclonal antibodies were obtained by the cell fusion method and divided into three groups by cross immunofluorescence reaction with four flaviviruses: Japanese encephalitis virus J Species-specific, subgroup-specific and flavivirus-specific. Through functional antiviral analysis (hemagglutination inhibition, neutralization and passive protection in mice), it is proposed that there are at least 6 antigenic determinants on the surface of the virus (envelope glycoprotein). After the cross-hemagglutination inhibition reaction, it was found that there was a significant difference in antigenicity of hemagglutinin between domestic isolates of Japanese encephalitis virus.
