目的:研究六月青一种木脂素苷(6R,7S,8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol的抗氧化活性。方法:采用酶标仪微量法和紫外-可见光分光光度法,以维生素C为阳性对照,分别测定(6R,7S,8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol对1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH.)自由基、羟基自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除能力。结果:(6R,7S,8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol对DPPH.(半数清除率IC50 8.11 mg.L-1),.OH(IC50 21.61 mg.L-1)和O2-.(IC5010.30 mg.L-1)均具有清除作用,且呈明显的量效关系。结论:(6R,7S,8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol在体外有明显的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of a lignan glucoside (6R, 7S, 8S) -7α - [β-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol. Methods: The content of (6R, 7S, 8S) -7α - [β-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol was determined by microplate reader and UV-Vis spectrophotometry with vitamin C as positive control. -2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH.) Free radical, hydroxyl radical (.OH) and superoxide anion radical (O2-. RESULTS: The inhibitory effect of (6R, 7S, 8S) -7α - [β-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol on the DPPH (IC50 8.11 mg.L-1) - (IC5010.30 mg.L-1) all had scavenging effect, and showed a significant dose-response relationship. CONCLUSION: (6R, 7S, 8S) -7α - [β-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol has obvious antioxidant activity in vitro.
