1.粤美的实现 MBO(管理者收购)上市公司粤美的(0527)1月19日公告,代表政府的第一大股东顺德市美的控股有限公司将其所持粤美的法人股7243.0331万股转让给代表管理层持股的第三大股东顺德市美托投资有限公司,转让价格为每股3.00元,转让股份占粤美的股本总额的14.94%。股份转让后,政府控股的控股公司退居为粤美的第三大股隶美托投资公司持股比例为22.19%,成为粤美的第一大法人股东。美的方面称,此举是美的一次意义重大的产权改革。此次股权转让主要是为充分调动公司管理层积极性,构建完善的法人治理结构,提高经营绩效。
