《编辑学报》1991年第3卷增刊——《科技期刊编排格式标准化专辑》(简称《专辑》)收录了有关标准起草人和专家撰写的有关论文,辑录了有关科技期刊编排的国际标准或国家标准。关于科技期刊的标准化、规范化,《专辑》在国内是一本颇具权威性的书,对于科技期刊编辑工作者具有重要的指导意义。本人在学习研究过程中,收益匪浅,但对其中某些具体问题也有不同的见解和看法。出于编辑工作者的职业习惯和责任心,今提出与大家讨论,以求取得共识。
Editorial Journal 1991 Volume 3 Supplement - “Standardization of scientific and technical periodicals format” (referred to as “album”) contains the standard drafting of experts and experts to write the relevant papers, edited or edited on the international standards for scientific and technical journal or country standard.
