AZ31B镁合金无模单点温渐进成形回弹影响因素研究

以变锥角圆台件为研究对象,基于渐进成形机理并运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元模拟软件,以成形件的等效应力和成形件中截面的回弹量为主要研究指标,研究了不同工艺参数对AZ31B镁合金板材无模单点温渐进成形回弹的影响,重点分析了成形温度、摩擦条件和工具头直径对AZ31B镁合金板材无模单点温渐进成形后工件回弹量的影响规律。研究结果表明:当成形温度为250℃,静摩擦系数为0.2、动摩擦系数为0.1,工具头直径在Ф10~Ф12 mm范围时,最有利于对AZ31B镁合金板材无模单点温渐进成形后成形件回弹的控制。 Based on the progressive forming mechanism and the finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA, the equivalent stress of the forming part and the springback amount of the cross section in the forming part are taken as the main research objects. The effect of process parameters on the springback of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet without forming a single point temperature was analyzed. The influence of forming temperature, frictional condition and tool head diameter on the springback of the workpiece after AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet law. The results show that when the forming temperature is 250 ℃, the static friction coefficient is 0.2, the dynamic friction coefficient is 0.1, and the diameter of tool head is in the range of Ф10 ~ Ф12 mm, it is most beneficial to the forming of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet Rebound control.
