2001年7月4日、6日,黑龙江省水产局在黑龙江萝北、抚远江段举行大规格、大规模的鲟、鳇鱼幼鱼放流活动。这次放流的鲟、鳇鱼苗由黑龙江省特产渔类研究所提供,其中:体长在50cm左右的50尾,30cm的100尾,体长在5cm以上的15万尾。由黑龙江省农业委员会、省水产局主办,萝北县、抚远县人民政府、省特产渔类研究所、省鲟、鳇鱼放流试验站协办,并邀请省委、省政府、省人大、省政协、省直有关单位和地方有关领导参加。在放流仪式上黑龙江省农业委员会主任张松岭、省水产局局长李海分别发表了讲话。
On July 4 and 6, 2001, the Bureau of Fisheries of Heilongjiang Province held a large-scale and large-scale release of sturgeon and bighead carp larva in Luobei and Fuyuan sections of Heilongjiang. The release of sturgeon, mandarin fish fry by the Institute of Fisheries in Heilongjiang Province specialty provided, of which: the body length of about 50cm in 50cm, 100cm in 30cm, body length of more than 5cm 150,000. Organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Agriculture, the provincial Bureau of Fisheries, organized by the People’s Government of Luobei County and Fuyuan County, the provincial specialty fisheries research institute, the provincial sturgeon and the mandarin fish release experimental station, and invited provincial Party committee, provincial government, provincial people’s congress, provincial CPPCC, Provincial direct units and local leaders to participate. At the release ceremony, Zhang Songling, director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Agriculture, and Li Hai, director of the provincial Bureau of Fisheries, made speeches respectively.
