在当今社会发展中,经济水平得以不断提升,该发展趋势已经使我国的工程成为人们普遍关注的焦点,同时该发展趋势也促使工程建设达到高峰。但是,工程在不断进步与发展下,也存在一些问题,尤其是其中的超预算工作,给工程造价工作带来较大的制约因素。超预算工作的产生是受外部因素的影响以及企业预算人员自身要素导致的,从而影响了工程的投资成本,影响工程后期的经济效益。所以,超预算工作是当前建筑企业急需解决的问题。影响工程超预算的原因较多,不仅缺乏工程造价管理的主动性,也有施工技术与经济的未充分结合等等,进而影响了工程的整体发展。本文就对工程造价超预算的原因和控制措施进行分析和探讨。
In today’s social development, the economic level has been continuously improved. This trend of development has made our country’s engineering a common focus of attention. At the same time, this trend of development has also led to the peak of construction. However, under the continuous progress and development of the project, there are also some problems, especially the over-budget work in it, which brings greater constraints to the project cost. The production of over-budget work is affected by external factors and its own elements of enterprise budget staff, which affects the investment cost of the project and affects the economic benefits of the latter part of the project. Therefore, over budget work is the urgent need to solve the current construction enterprises.
