1988年省科委与省政府签订的15项目标任务已圆满完成,并取得了可喜成效。1.全省有20000多名科技人员以各种形式支援农村、中小和乡镇企业。其中省属农业科研单位、大专院校到农村和乡镇企业开展技术服务的科技人员达3072名.超额完成1872名。与省委组织部,劳动人事厅共同拟定了国家机关科技管理人员以兼职等形式开展技术服务的有关规定,建立了人才流动中介服务组织和制定了管理《条例》。
In 1988, the 15 targets and tasks signed by the provincial Science and Technology Commission and the provincial government have been successfully completed and achieved gratifying results. 1. The province has more than 20,000 scientific and technological personnel who support rural, small and medium-sized township enterprises in various forms. Among them, there were 3,072 scientific and technological personnel in the provincial agricultural research institutes, tertiary institutions and colleges and universities in rural areas and township and village enterprises carrying out technical services, exceeding 1872 in number.
