目的本文探讨用石墨炉原子吸收法测定罐头中的锡的实验方法。方法样品采用微波消解,以镍加抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,塞曼扣背景,石墨炉原子吸收法进行测定。结果锡浓度在0μg~60μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9992;该方法检出限为0.62μg/L;回收率为95%~103%;。结论本方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,适用于罐头中锡的测定。
Objective This article explores the experimental method for the determination of tin in cans by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were digested by microwave, nickel and ascorbic acid were used as matrix modifier, and Zeeman buckling background and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were used for determination. Results The linearity of tin concentration ranged from 0μg to 60μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9992. The detection limit of this method was 0.62μg / L and the recovery was 95% -103%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of fast, accurate, high sensitivity and is suitable for the determination of tin in cans.
