合成了28个2-位、10-位取代吩噻嗪衍生物.其中有10-(γ-肼代丙基)-吩噻嗪(Ⅻ)、10-吩噻嗪基甲酰阱(XXXVI)及N′-(10-吩噻嗪甲酰)-异菸肼(XXXVIII)等几个化合物对中枢神經系統具有不同程度的抑制作用。
There are 28 2-position and 10-position substituted phenothiazine derivatives, including 10- (γ-hydrazinopropyl) -phenothiazine (Ⅻ), 10- And N ’- (10-phenothiazine formyl) isoniazid (XXXVIII) and other compounds on the central nervous system with varying degrees of inhibition.
