关于切削速度对挖掘阻力的影响,最初人們普温存在这样的一种观点:切削速度对切削阻力没有影响。因为一般的土方机械,其切削速度一般为0.6~1米/秒,在这个切削速度区間內,切削阻力的变化受切削速度影响是不大的。但随着技术的发展,土方机械的切削速度必然增加,研究土方机械切削速度对挖掘阻力的影响也就变成“土壤切削”这門科学的一个任务了。本文将对今后研究切削速度应走什么方向,前人作了些什么工作;在目前設計中应如何考虑;参考什么……等作一簡单的介紹。在土壤切削速度的科学研究方面,M.L.Niehos和他的同事們作了一系列的工作。可惜作者没有看到他們的著作,所以这方面不能有所介紹。
With regard to the influence of cutting speed on the excavation resistance, people at the beginning had a view that the cutting speed had no effect on the cutting resistance.
