我校各个班主任对班务领导工作,是比较重视的。因此,在订立班务计划时,都能开动脑筋,仔细研究,根据实际情况,订出切实可行的计划,作为开展工作的依据。现在,将我们订班务计划的几点体验写在下面。首先,在订立班务计划前,必须认真做好调研工作,切实了解情况。在新学期开始的时候,各个班级的领导老师,有的是“跟班走”的班主任,有的是新任的班主任。前者在订立班务计划时,应该从已了解的基础上,继续深入了解,研究学生的年龄、个性、思想等各方面的发展情况。后者由于对这班学生的陌生,因此,在订班务计划时,更应该通过个别谈话、班务会议、家庭走访以及与有关教师的联系,了解情况,研究并掌握全班学生特点。切忌草率从事,不从实际情况出发来订立计划。过去我校曾有个别班主任在订计划时采取不认真的态度,结果对全班学生的家庭成份、年龄等数字都弄不清楚,还有的在计划中要求低年级学生也要做到广泛地向群众宣传“抗美援朝”的伟大意义,这种空洞的脱离实际的计划,是没有任何作用的。其次,必须与科任老师取得密切联系。学生所习的各种科目,都是由许多老师分担的。因此,在订班务计划时,应该和各科任老师共同研究商量,仔细加以考虑。如果只凭自己主观想像,不与科任老师交换意见,这样的计划便不容易考虑得很周到,或者是对儿童的要求不一致,不明确,“你订你的计划,我教我的课程”。要想实现这个班务计划是困难的,甚至是不可能的。
