作文教学的实践使我深深体会到:依据作文教学的自身特点,结合知、情、意的心理过程,牢牢抓住各种育人因素不放,可以对小学流动人口子女进行全面而生动的人格教育,而人格教育又是素质教育的首要任务。作文教学应该义不容辞地承担起素质教育的任务。在作文教学中,对学生人格的基本要求是:内容真实,态度真诚。对生活真诚——不玩世欺世;对自身真诚——不炫耀卖弄;对写作事业真诚——不图一己私利。
