督查专报是办公厅(室)将重大决策在本地区、本部门的贯彻情况,在落实中存在的问题及建议不定期向本级领导和上级办公厅(室)进行反馈的有效载体。做好督查专报工作,对于领导科学决策,及时解决决策实施中存在的困难和问题,推动决策落实具有重要意义。在实际工作中,应注意处理好以下几个方面的关系:
