弯针机构与成圈叉机构是暗缝缝纫机的两个重要机构。前者为RSS′R空间连杆机构。后者为RRRSR空间连杆机构。本文应用影响系数法对这两个机构进行了精度分析与综合,为暗缝机新机设计确定了合理的公差尺寸。从而说明影响系数法对空间机构的精度设计是个行之有效的方法。
Loofah mechanism and into a fork mechanism is dark seam sewing machine two important institutions. The former is RSS’R space linkage. The latter is the RRRSR space linkage. In this paper, the influence coefficient method is used to analyze and synthesize the precision of these two agencies, which determines the reasonable tolerance for the design of the new machine. This shows that the influence coefficient method is an effective method to design the precision of space agencies.
