混凝土强度快速测定是混凝土质量检查与质量控制工作中迫切需要解决的问题。而在生产实践中,快速测定混凝土强度的方法必须满足以下三点:即操作迅速,结果可靠,经济简易。快速硬化处理,是快速测定混凝土强度的有效措施,能在混凝土拌合取样后,大约1.5小时之内,用快速硬化的试件作压力试验,测出混凝土的强度。快速硬化处理的具体方式是在使用促凝剂的同时,进行高温养护。
The rapid determination of concrete strength is an urgent problem to be solved in the quality inspection and quality control of concrete. In the production practice, the method of rapid determination of concrete strength must meet the following three points: rapid operation, reliable results, and economic simplicity. The rapid hardening treatment is an effective measure for rapid determination of concrete strength. After a concrete mixing sampling, within about 1.5 hours, a rapidly hardening test piece is used for the pressure test to measure the strength of the concrete. The specific method of rapid hardening treatment is to perform high temperature curing while using the accelerator.
