笔者从事数控专业教学整整十年了,对专业知识的掌握越来越熟练,但这期间学生的学习热情却逐年下降,排除了手机、网络对同学们的吸引,我想与老师的授课和对学生的评价方式也有很大关系。另外,通过已经上岗的同学们的反馈信息发现,许多当时在学校不怎么突出的学生到了工厂以后反而在专业方面发展得很好,一些在学校时老师眼中的较优秀的学生走上工作岗位后反而表现平平,由此看来,我们现在的评价方式已经不能真实地反映学生的实际水平,评价体系改革势在必行。
