我国各地都正在大量发展小型高炉炼铁,如何充分利用高炉炼铁矿渣来制造水泥,在目前迫切需要水泥的情况下,实有莫大的意义.因此,我所在今年五月就进行了利用矿渣来制造矿渣硫酸盐水泥的研究,在研究工作中发现生产这种新品种水泥具有如下几点优点: 1.质量高:可以制得标号达400号之水泥,只要原材料波动不大,质量非常容易控制.这种水泥还具有水化热低、收缩性小、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性高的特点. 2.生产方法简单:只要将矿渣(占80%以上)、石膏(20%以内)和少量的矽酸盐水泥熟料一同粉磨即成,或分别粉磨再混合均匀亦可,不需煅烧.
A large number of small-scale blast furnace ironmaking is being developed in various parts of the country. Therefore, my office conducted the use of slag in May this year. In the research of manufacturing slag-sulfate cement, the research found that the production of this new type of cement has the following advantages: 1. High quality: The cement with the number up to No. 400 can be produced. As long as the raw material fluctuates little, the quality is very easy to control. The cement also has the characteristics of low heat of hydration, small shrinkage, and high resistance to sulfate attack. 2. The production method is simple: as long as the slag (more than 80%), gypsum (less than 20%) and a small amount of yttrium Salt clinker cement clinker grinding together, or separately grinding and mixing evenly, without calcining.
