BDDM对豚鼠心乳头状肌有剂量依赖性负性变力作用;可延长FBP;降低自律性。BDDM和Ver可使CaCl_2量效曲线非平行右移,pD_2’值为4.03和5.46;BDDM也使Iso,His的量效曲线非平行右移,pD_2’值分别是4.12和5.38。

BDDM and Ver can make the CaCl_2 dose-response curves shift nonparallel to each other with pD_2 ’values of 4.03 and 5.46, respectively. BDDM also makes non-parallel shift of the dose-response curve of Iso and His to pD_2’ values of 4.12 and 5.38, respectively.
